religious hammer and inflation rate

The lack of governance expertise among our country's leaders has left us, the people, grappling with problems that are both predictable and solvable.
One such issue is job satisfaction. It’s a delicate and easily exploitable matter, often pushing dissatisfied individuals toward unethical actions. For instance, an employee unhappy with their job might accept bribes, steal, or underperform in their work.
On the other hand, a business owner facing job dissatisfaction behaves differently. Feeling undercompensated, they might lower service quality or raise prices to make up for the perceived shortfall.

Among the many factors affecting our economy, job dissatisfaction plays a notable role in driving inflation. It’s evident that no one expresses satisfaction with their work—complaints about insufficient rewards for their efforts are widespread and relentless.

In such conditions, leaders ought to prioritize the ethical aspects of their people’s well-being to tackle job dissatisfaction effectively. However, they have failed in this regard. Instead, they are relying solely on one simplistic tool: religion.
As the saying goes, "When the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail." Despite this, we continue to let them double down on wielding the "religious hammer" to address every issue.
