religious hammer and inflation rate

due to lack of managing knowledge among our country's leaders, we people are facing some problems which are of easily predictable and addressable ones 

one is about job satisfaction which is very tricky and is highly likely to be exploited so that the disgruntled person is led to do unethical deeds

a disgruntled person with their job would take bribes or steal or work less than normal when they are working for an employer

and when someone who owns his or her job is not satisfied with their job would do differently

they think they are not getting enough in return so they provide less or increase the price!

besides many factors, job dissatisfaction is one of the effective factors in inflation rate of our economy

you certainly have seen that no one says something that you can attribute to their satisfaction of their jobs! no one!

all people are complaining about the work they do and what they get in return

leaders in such a situation must work on ethical aspects of their people trying to mitigate the condition of job dissatisfaction

but they are not!

because they are trying to manage all sorts of issues with one facile tool which is religion!

like the famous saying: "when the only tool you have is a hammer you tend to see every problem as a nail".

and yet we let them to double down on using the religious hammer for every kind of issues.
